By inviting, adding, or using Kasane Teto Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us") in your Discord server or interacting with the Bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Kasane Teto Bot is a Discord bot that provides the following services:

  • AI-powered conversational capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Interactive relationship simulation with intimacy tracking
  • Feeding mechanics and virtual pet-like interactions
  • Voting rewards and credit system
  • Leaderboards and user statistics

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Bot
  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • You must have appropriate permissions in Discord servers where you use the Bot

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Bot for illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Bot's systems
  • Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content through AI interactions
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, cooldowns, or credit systems
  • Share your account or transfer credits/progress to other users
  • Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Bot

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Content Disclaimer

  • The Bot uses AI technology to generate responses
  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reflect the views of the Bot operators
  • Users are responsible for how they interpret and act upon AI-generated content

6.2 Content Filtering

  • We implement filtering mechanisms to prevent inappropriate content
  • However, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be blocked
  • Users should report inappropriate AI responses immediately

7. Credits and Virtual Economy

7.1 Credit System

  • Credits are virtual currency used within the Bot's ecosystem
  • Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Credits may be earned through voting, daily activities, or other Bot interactions

7.2 Credit Usage

  • Credits are consumed when using certain Bot features (e.g., AI messages)
  • Credit balances may be reset or adjusted for system maintenance or anti-abuse measures
  • We reserve the right to modify credit costs or earning rates

8. Channel Management and Permissions

8.1 Whitelisting/Blacklisting

  • Server administrators can control which channels the Bot operates in
  • Users with appropriate permissions can manage channel access
  • The Bot respects Discord's permission system and server configurations

8.2 Moderation

  • Server administrators are responsible for moderating Bot usage in their servers
  • We provide tools to help with moderation but do not monitor individual server usage

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

  • We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • The Bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues

9.2 Feature Changes

  • We may add, modify, or remove Bot features at any time
  • Major changes will be communicated through appropriate channels when possible

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Bot and its original content are owned by the Bot operators
  • Users retain ownership of their own content and data

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from Bot usage
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content or AI-generated responses

12.1 User Termination

  • Users may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from their servers or blocking interactions

12.2 Service Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Bot access for users who violate these Terms
  • We may discontinue the Bot service at any time with reasonable notice

13. Third-Party Services

  • The Bot may integrate with third-party services (AI providers, voting platforms)
  • Users are subject to the terms of service of these third-party providers
  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies

14. Age Restrictions

  • The Bot is not intended for users under 13 years of age
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Bot
  • Servers with primarily underage users should carefully consider Bot usage

15. Reporting and Support

15.1 Reporting Issues

  • Report bugs, inappropriate content, or violations through designated support channels
  • We will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action

15.2 Support

  • Support is provided on a best-effort basis
  • Response times may vary based on issue complexity and volume

16. Amendments

  • These Terms may be updated periodically
  • Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
  • Significant changes will be communicated when possible
